Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate mounting and demounting by a method wherein a stopper jig is inserted in a through-hole formed between the outer peripheral surface of a wind-up roll end part and a square shaft, an engaging notch part at the tip of the stopper jig is engaged with a square shaft to prevent rotation of the square shaft. CONSTITUTION: The end parts of a square shaft 2 are protruded from the two ends of a wind-up roll 1 having a central shaft part through which the square shaft 2 is extended, and a strip-form through-hole 6 leading from an outer peripheral surface to the shaft 2 is formed in one end part of the roll 1. A stopper jig 7 has width slightly shorter than the slit length of the through-hole 6 and a square engaging notch part 8 is formed on the tip thereof. The jig 7 is inserted in the through-hole 6, the notch part 8 is inserted externally of the shaft 2 for engagement and the shaft 2 on which a rotation energizing force is exerted is held in a non-rotatable state. Thus, mounting and demounting of the roll 1 are facilitated.
