Claims (1)
- ダイアフラムによつて２つの室に仕切られたケ
ースと、各室を負圧源または大気に選択的に連通
するための各室と負圧源との間に接続された方向
制御弁とを有し、前記ダイアフラムの動きを外部
に取り出し、これによつて物体を作動させる装置
であつて、前記方向制御弁の大気側のポートに接
続される手動操作可能なコツクと、該コツクに接
続される正圧タンクとを含み、前記コツクは前記
方向制御弁の大気側のポートを、正圧タンクまた
は大気に選択的に連通する、作動装置。
