部に固定されたキヤツプ、6はシリンダ1の上端
部に圧入嵌合されて前記プランジヤ4が摺動可能
に貫通するブツシユ、7は固定ピンで、これらの
ピン7はブツシユ6をシリンダ2に圧入した後に
シリンダ2とブツシユ6に穴あけされて打込まれ
ている。8は制御機3の先端部の前記オリフイス
