Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve detection accuracy of tensile force, by arranging rollers such that pulling ropes will be in parallel when the cable pulling rope passes in S-shape through fixed and movable rollers and detecting displacement of the movable roller through a displacement detecting means. CONSTITUTION:Rollers 16, 18 are arranged such that portions 14-1, 14-2, 14-3, 14-4 of cable pulling rope 14 immediately before and after the rollers 16, 18 will be parallel when the cable pulling rope 14 passes through the fixed roller 16 and the movable roller 18, and the cable pulling rope 14 is guided through a four face guide roller 5 and a guide roller 20. Displacement (x) of the movable roller 18 is converted into an electrical signal through a differential transformer, a linear potentiometer and the like so as to detect tensile force T of the pulling rope 14.
