Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent multiple hanging by such constitution wherein an optical fiber cable is laid in a cable sheath with a messenger wire by means of a wedging-in guide. CONSTITUTION:While the notch 4 of a cable sheath with a messenger wire of which the protection covering 3 consisting of PVC or the like is mounted to a tensile supporting wire 1 is being forcibly opened by a wedging-in guide 5 supported to a frame 7 provided with a roller having a bearing, the frame 7 is moved in an arrow direction and an optical fiber cable 2 is laid manually (or by electrical driving). Thereby, multiple hanging is prevented.
