Abstract

PURPOSE:To always ensure the highly accurate and stable control of the flow rate despite the variance of the liquid level, by utilizing a square root of the head difference caused to a flow control valve for liquid level to perform one or both of the feedback gain compensation and the feedforward control compensation. CONSTITUTION:A feedback control gain compensating part 11 is added together with a feedforward control compensating part 12. Then the head difference H1 is detected and one or both of the feedforward compensation control and the feedback variable control is carried out for control of compensation. Thus the operation signal MW of a flow control valve 6 varies in adverse proportion to the square root of the level signal (head difference) H1. As a result, the proper flow rate control is carried out regardless of the variance of the difference H1. Thus it is possible to obtain a rational flow rate controller that can work with high accuracy and high stability.
