Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and to facilitate the manufacture by providing in particular a hand-mechanism with a drive mechanism, etc., for moving and supporting operations of a tape cartridge pressing plate and a tape cartridge supporting plate. CONSTITUTION:A case 2 is provided with a compression spring 6 fixed to a case frame 5 to push out a tape cartridge and a rotatable stopper 7 for fixing the tape cartridge 1 within the case 2 against an energizing force of the compression spring 6. The head-mechanism 3 is provided with a push-pull solenoid 12 fixed to a case main body 14 for operating the stopper, the tape cartridge pressing plate 17 being guided on the case main body 14 to be movable back and forth against the case 2 and capable of supporting the tape cartridge 1 pushed out of the case 2 and the drive mechanism for the moving and supporting operation with the tape cartridge supporting plate 16. By this method, the structure can be simplified, thus eliminating difficulty in manufacturing.
