Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) アーマチユアとニードルとが分離され、ニ
    ードルのアーマチユアに当接するニードル頭部と
    ニードル後端ガイドとの間に配設されたニードル
    ターンバネを有し、コアでアーマチユアを吸引し
    、このアーマチユアの移動によつてニードルを飛
    行させる印字ヘツドにおいて、前記ニードルリタ
    ーンバネは、圧縮コイルバネであつて、ニードル
    後端ガイド側の端面径をニードル頭部側の端面径
    より大きくし、ほぼ円錐形に形成したことを特徴
    とする印字ヘツド。 (2) ニードルリターンバネは、少なくとも径大
    部の巻端が2巻以上同径密着巻きに形成されてい
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
    項記載の印字ヘツド。 (3) ニードルは、ヘツダ加工により一体に成形
    されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第1項記載の印字ヘツド。 (4) ニードル頭部の外径は、ニードル部の外径
    の2倍以下に形成されていることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第3項記載の印字ヘツド。 (5) ニードル頭部とニードル部間には、ニード
    ル頭部より先細りのテーパ又は曲線よりなる緩衝
    部を設けてなり、この緩衝部のニードル頭部側の
    外径は、ニードル部の外径の1.5〜1.7倍で
    、緩衝部の長さは、ニードル部の外径の0.25
    〜0.31倍に形成されていることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項記載の印字ヘツド
