Abstract
PURPOSE: To avoid reclamping so as to operate with high efficiency by arranging a thin plate attached by antislip powder between the joining members to be clamped by a bolt clamping method. CONSTITUTION: A thin plate attached by antislip powder is constituted by a substrate coated, immersed or impregnated by antislip powder with adhesives to form a thin layer having a thickness as homogeneous as possible. Relatively thin iron plate or extremely thin plate or foil of metals such as iron, aluminum or zinc, thin plastic sheet and paper or the like may be used as the substrate of the thin plate. Powder of silicon-carbide, silica, diamond or the like of which the particle diameter is as homogeneous as possible may be used as the antislip powder. Alkyd, phenol or epoxy cold-setting or thermosetting resin may be used as the adhesive. The thin plate is cut and bored according to design, arranged between the joining surfaces and clamped with bolts.
