- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一対のローラー間に未定着画像を担持した記録
材を通過させて加熱定着を行う定着装置であつて
、ローラーの温度を検知する温度検知部材を有す
る温度制御機構を備えた定着装置において、 上記温度検知部材はシリコン層、電極層、サー
ミスタ層を順次積層した薄膜型サーミスタであつ
て、この薄膜型サーミスタからの出力に基づいて
ローラーの温度を制御することを特徴とする温度
制御機構を備えた定着装置。
