When the holes 2 are to be arranged annularly on the concentric circles with the center of the nozzle as the center, the arrangement is pref. such as to satisfy the following relationships: (1) 1<=L1<=4.2, (2) 1<=Ln+1/Ln<=1.5, (3) 1<=Dn/Ln+1<1.5, where: Ln interval between adjacent holes on the n-th concentric circle from the periphery of the nozzle, Dn distance between the n-th concentric circle and (n+1)th one.
