Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled molding apparatus capable of uniformly heating a cavity part, by providing heat back-up bodies whose central part are adjacent to central part side of rear of die plate and composed of a material readily subjected to induction heating between heat insulation ring bodies and the die plate. CONSTITUTION:These temperature distribution in case of heating upper and lower die plates 12 and 13 and upper and lower both molds 14 and 15 with an induction coil 5 are shown by the temperature curve B in the Figure. But near central parts 18a and 19a having lower temperature are heated by heat back up bodies 18 and 19. On the one hand, since near outer periphery having high temperature is not almost subjected to supplemental heating from the back up bodies 18 and 19 by insulation ring bodies 10 and 11, temperature distribution in the radius direction of plates 12 and 13 can be uniformalized. Therefore, uniform heating of cavity parts 16a and 17a is made possible.
