Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to reduce the loss and at the same time to precisely control the quality of concrete by a method wherein the necessary liquid amount of the fluidizing agent of concrete is calculated by inputting the slump of fresh concrete and temperature of concrete to a controlling section so as to supply said amount under control. CONSTITUTION:The car number of a ready mixed concrete truck is inputted at an input part 1 of car number. Further, the existing slump obtained by naked eyes is inputted at an input part 4 of existing slump. Furthermore, the temperature of concrete is inputted at an input part 12 of the temperature of concrete. After that, by starting a controlling section A, respective setting conditions are read and the necessary liquid amount of the fluidizing agent of concrete is calculated at the controlling section A. Upon the receipt of a signal sent from the controlling section A after the completion of the calculation, a feed pump 20 of fluidizing agent of concrete in a pressure feeding section B of fluidizing agent of concrete is driven so as to feed fluidizing agent of concrete under pressure to a feed pipe 34 of fluidizing agent of concrete in a metering section C. In addition, a flow meter 36 measures the amount of the fed fluidizing agent of concrete. When the calculated amount is measured, a solenoid valve 37 is closed and at the same time a motor 19 is stopped, resulting in automatically stopping the pump 20.
