Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R1-R12 are H, tert-butyl, <=20C alkoxy, etc.; M1 and M2 are two H or combination of bivalent metallic ion capable of forming complex with tri--hexavalent metallic ion; 1-3 sets of R1 and R2, R3 and R4, R5 and R6, R7 and R8, R9 and R10, R11 and R12 are phthalocyanine derivative groups expressed by formula II (R13-R18 are the same kinds as R1; M3 is the same kind as M1)], etc. USE:An organic optical semiconductor capable of emitting semiconductor laser. PREPARATION:For example, a 3:1 mixture of a 4,5-disubstituted phthalonitrile with tetracyanobenzene is reacted in the presence of lithium isopropylate in a solvent to provide a dicyanophthalocyanine derivative expressed by formula III (Ra and Rb are the same kinds as R1; M1 is 2H). NH3 gas is then added thereto in the presence of Na-methylate to afford a bis(diiminoisoindolenine) derivative expressed by formula IV, which is subsequently reacted with diiminoisoindolenine to provide the aimed compound expressed by formula I.
