Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a good water resistance of moisture resistance or stabilize it for used under high temperature conditions or the like by providing at least one plasma-polymerized protective layer. CONSTITUTION:At least one protective layer formed by plasma polymerization is applied on superconductive oxide ceramic of any kind. Combinations of elements to be included in the plasma-polymerized film protective layer may be C and H, C and F, C, H and F, C, H and N, etc. C, F, N, etc., in these are to be chemically connected with metal components of superconductive oxide ceramic, that is, Ba, Y, Cu around the interface with the superconductive oxide ceramic as the subject matter. For plasma polymerization to cause chemical connection, a condition shall be set that W/F.M is 1X10<7>-1X10<12>. Thickness of a single or more than one plasma polymerized film protective layer(s) shall be about 5-200nm.
