PURPOSE:To improve fixability by dispersing a specific acrylic resin having a thermosetting functional group, crosslinking agent, coloring agent, charge control agent and other necessary additives into a carrier liquid. CONSTITUTION:The acrylic resin having the thermosetting functional group such as glycidyl group, hydroxyl group or carboxyl group and having >=40 deg.C Tg and 3,000-30,000 number average mol.wt., the crosslinking agent, the coloring agent, the charge control agent and the other necessary additives are dispersed into the carrier liquid. For example, an amino compd., phenolic resin, polycarboxylic acid or the anhydride thereof, block isocyanate, epoxy compd., etc., which do not substantially react with the acrylic resin and are cured by reaction under baking conditions at the time of producing and storing the toner is used for the crosslinking agent. The fixability is thereby improved.
