Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure that a recorder executes one-sheet paper feeding suitable for a type of recording papers and a change in environment, by a method wherein a separation claw vertically disposed at an end face of a recording paper feed direction can selectively change in angle according to a type of recording papers. CONSTITUTION:Recording papers 1 set in a hopper 2 are horizontally pressed up against a paper feed roller 4 and a position roller 5 by load springs 3 respectively mounted right under the paper feed roller 4 and the position roller 5 or thereabouts, whereby the recording papers 1 can constantly be brought into collision with a separation claw 6 on the same position at the same angle regardless of the remaining amount of the recording papers 1. Thereafter, the recording papers 1, which were brought into collision with the separation claw 6 set at an angle predetermined according to the type of the recording papers 1 and carried forwards by a plurality of sheets, are singly separated. The separation claw 6 is generally inclined in a direction of an arrow C in Figure with the recording papers 1 of a high hardness and in a direction of an arrow D in the Figure with that of a low hardness at an angle experimentally obtained.
