Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリコン分離剤で血清と血ペイとに分離された
    状態の血液を入れた試験管と、この試験管の中腹
    部を外部に露出させた状態で上記試験管を保持す
    る試験管保持体と、この試験管保持体により保持
    された試験管の中腹部に光ビームを照射する発光
    素子および上記光ビームの試験管透過光を受光し
    て受光量に応じた出力を送出する受光素子からな
    る光センサと、この光センサと前記試験管保持体
    との相対位置移動操作を行なうことにより前記光
    センサと前記試験管との試験管長手方向の相対位
    置を可変制御する位置制御装置と、この位置制御
    装置による相対位置の変化に伴つて前記光センサ
    の出力が急変する位置を検出する手段とを具備し
    たことを特徴とする血清・血ペイ分離判定装置。
