Abstract

PURPOSE:To make conversion efficient and to miniaturize a converter by using a series resonant converter, fixing conversion frequency to be equal to resonance frequency, and at the same time, and making power feedback to the input power source according to a fluctuation of load. CONSTITUTION:A current inputted converter 3 is constituted of a boosted converter at a series resonant converter 1, and a switching element Q1 in which the duty ratio is controlled by a pulse width control circuit 2 and a reverse blocking current diode D are connected between the mid-point of a primary winding of the series resonant converter 1 and the common contact of the switching elements Q2-Q3 through a coil L. And, as the series resonant converter 1 is fixed to the resonance frequency, the input current has a value proportionate to load current I0. And, the converter 3 receives a pulse signal of the duty ratio corresponding to the output voltage V0 from the above mentioned control circuit 2 and converts into the current to make the feedback current. Thus, the output voltage V0 with the load fluctuation is kept constant.
