CONSTITUTION:A turbine 2 is housed in the inside of a pressure reducing vessel 1. On the other hand, a regenerator 3 of atmosphere pressure is separately installed. And, water is circulated between the pressure reducing vessel 1 and the regenerator 3 by means of a pump 4. The turbine 2 is rotated by boiling force in the inside of the pressure reducing vessel 1 to drive a generator 5 connected to the turbine 2. Power can therefore be easily and positively generated utilizing a pressure reducing action.
