Claims (1)
- 庫内ｆの左右に、材料を載せるゴンドラ６を支
承して上下に循環させるロータＲを設け、庫内ｆ
に設置したバーナ８，９によつてゴンドラ６上の
材料を焼き上げるようにしたロースターにおいて
、前記庫内ｆを形成する左右の内壁板１にそれぞ
れ前記ロータＲの回転軸２を中心とする円形の切
欠部３を設け、この切欠部３の内周に外周をごく
接近させて円板４を回転自在に嵌合し、この円板
４の表面に前記ゴンドラ６の支持軸５を配置する
とともに、該表面を切欠部３の表面にほぼ一致さ
せて円板４の中心を上記回転軸２に固定すること
により前記ロータＲを形成したことを特徴とする
ロースター。
