Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the continuous working configuration by binding the veneers to each other by connecting the binding members of a thickness same as a laminated wood material manufactured by applying a thermosetting resin adhesive among plural sheets of veneers, on plural areas at arbitrary intervals. CONSTITUTION: The opposite faces of plural sheets of veneers are coated with a thermosetting resin adhesive of urea, phenol or the like of which the thermal setting action is accelerated by a hot plate temperature of a multistage hot press, and the arbitrary areas of the veneers 1 are connected with each other by the binding members 4 such as the staples of a stapler, nails, or the like having the thickness same as the laminated wood material 3. The areas where the binding members 4 exist, are cut by a saw in the after-process for the disposal. Then the bound veneers are temporarily stacked, or conveyed to a loader position of the multistage hot press as it is, to be supplied to a loader rack one by one, so that they are heated and pressed between the hot plates to be a laminated wood material. Thus, it becomes unnecessary that the veneers are pressed and accumulated for a specific time by a time when a number of sheets of the veneers reaches an arbitrary lot, before the heating and pressing by the multistage hot press, so that the work is simplified, and the continuous work configuration can be provided.
