CONSTITUTION:A woody veneer 1a, having given-sized or continuous beltlike cracks, knot-holes, perforations formed artificially, is placed on a core plate 2, and the lamination is conveyed to a forming device by means of a conveyance means 3. Untied fibers and cut wood chips are added with adhesives, a curing agent and the like for mixing, and the mixture is supplied onto the woody veneer 1a to form a mat 4. After the mat 4 is cut into mat strips by means of a cutting device, the woody veneer 1b is placed on the mat strips is compressed temporarily.
