端末部を切捨てる(すなわちトリミングする)よ
うにして後方カツターとの協働において一定量の
切断が行われるようにすると共に、各カツターが
回転運動に基づき切断動作を行うようにしてそれ
ぞれの切断動作のタイミングを簡易に且、巧く調
整することにより、押出しの際の麺線群の押出し
速度の変化にかゝわらず常に定量切断ができるよ
うにしたり、定量の変更も可能にしたことを特長
とするものである。
