圧力にて開作動する主弁と、上記高圧側通路から
パイロツト室にパイロツトエアを導入するパイロ
ツトエア導入穴と、該パイロツトエア導入穴を閉
塞しソレノイドへの通電により開作動するプラン
ジヤとからなるパイロツトエア利用の流量制御弁
において、上記プランジヤの開作動により開とな
り上記パイロツトエアの一部を主弁下流の低圧側
通路に流通させるバイパス通路を設けたことを特
