体通路開閉電磁弁と流入出通路の開口部との間に
第１オリフイスが設けられ、流入出通路の開口部
と流体排出口との間には第２オリフイスが設けら
れており、該第１オリフイスおよび第２オリフイ
スの流体の通過量が２：１となるように構成され
