ロツト弁体からなるパイロツト弁とを具えている
ダイヤフラム弁において、開口有効面積が一定の
固定ブリード孔および開口有効面積が流体圧力に
応じて変化する可変ブリード孔が前記入口と背室
とを連通して前記ダイヤフラムに設けられている
