記のインナスリーブとアウタスリーブとの間に複
数の流体室を形成すべく上記のインナスリーブと
アウタスリーブとの間に介装された弾性体と、上
記の流体室間を連通する連通路とをそなえ、上記
インナスリーブの内部に、同インナスリーブの軸
心方向に沿つて電磁コイルが配設されるとともに
同電磁コイルへ適宜電力を供給する電力供給手段
が設けられて、上記流体室の内部に流体としての
磁性流体が封入されたことを特徴とする、磁性流
