ム体と直列に流体室を有する流体マウントにおい
て、内部に電磁コイルを装填された電磁コイル部
材が、上記振動源の振動方向に向けて上記ゴム体
に装着されるとともに一端を上記流体室の内部に
突出させてそなえられ、上記流体室における上記
電磁コイル部材の一端に上記振動源の振動方向に
対して直角をなすように抵抗板が装着されるとと
もに、上記流体室の内部に流体としての磁性流体
が封入され、上記電磁コイルへ適宜電力を供給す
る電力供給手段が設けられていることを特徴とす
