ロツク内に凹所を形成すると共に、該凹所の開口
部側に第二の取付金具を設けて、それら第一及び
第二の取付金具にて、振動の伝達される二つの部
材間に取り付けられるようにする一方、逆カツプ
形状の仕切部材を前記ゴムブロツクの凹所内に挿
入、配置して、該ゴムブロツクの凹所内面との間
に所定の非圧縮性流体の封入された主室を形成せ
しめ、また該仕切部材の逆カツプ形状の内側には
、磁性材料からなる電磁吸着体の周囲にダイヤフ
ラムゴムを一体的に設けてなる逆カツプ形状の隔
壁部材を配して、該仕切部材との間に前記主室と
同様な非圧縮性流体の存在する副室を形成せしめ
、更に該隔壁部材の逆カツプ形状の内側に電磁吸
着手段を収容せしめると共に、前記仕切部材に設
けられて前記主室と副室とを連通する連通孔を開
閉する弁部材を、該隔壁部材の電磁吸着体に固定
して設け、外部から制御される該電磁吸着手段の
励磁による該電磁吸着体の電磁吸着作動によつて
前記弁部材を移動せしめて、その開閉作動を行な
わしめるように為し、そして前記主室内に圧力変
動に従つて前記副室側に所定距離だけ変位可能と
された可動部材を、前記仕切部材に設けたことを
