前記蓋体の貫通孔内に、軸心に細孔を有しかつ前
記貫通孔の下部開口をシールしうる弁座を有する
オリフイス筒体を、軸方向に移動自在に遊嵌させ
て設け、前記空気タンク内に、前記オリフイス筒
体を前記弁座が前記貫通孔を常時閉塞する方向に
押圧するばね体を設け、前記オリフイス筒体の上
端面に対向する前記支持部材内面に、前記オリフ
イス筒体の細孔にほぼ直交して連通される空気通
路を有するプレートを設けたことを特徴とする空
