グリス供給装置本体との間に配されると共に、該
リテーナを包むようにダイヤフラムを取付け、該
ダイヤフラムの開口端部をグリス供給装置本体に
固定し、該ダイヤフラムにて反シリンダ側に空気
圧室を構成し、該空気圧室には、電磁弁を介して
空気圧の供給が制御されるようにしたことを特徴
とするグリス供給装置。
2 ダイヤフラムは、椀状体で、その開口端部を
肉厚とし、その開口端部付近の椀本体部分を他の
椀本体部分より厚くしたことを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のグリス供給装置。
3 ダイヤフラムは、椀状体をテーパー加工する
と共に、開口端部付近ではテーパー角を大きくし
て2段テーパーとしたことを特徴とする実用新案
