ー装置において、前記パワーピストンに小径部を
形成して同小径部に前記装着穴を設け、かつ前記
負圧導入通路の開口端を前記パワーピストンが前
記パワーピストン室の底面に密着したとき前記装
着穴及び前記小径部外周面と前記パワーピストン
室内周面間に形成される間隙に連通する位置に設
