Abstract

PURPOSE:To measure a load electricity quantity on a power source side output terminal and to measure a single-phase and a three-phase electricity quantity by a single measuring instrument by providing current detectors for respective phases of the power source side output terminal and switching a single-phase and a three-phase converter. CONSTITUTION:A three-phase and three-wire type network is provided with the current detectors and current transformers CTR, CTS, and CTT for the respective phases of the power source side output terminal, the outputs of the current transformers of the respective phases are summed up, and an electric circuit selecting and switching part ISW is provided to the connection part where the sum output is zero. Further, a transformer PT is provided as a voltage detector which detects voltages between the respective phases of the power source side output terminal, and a three-phase power converter PCV is provided which is supplied with the output of the transformer PT and the outputs of the current transformers CTR, CTS, and CTT. Further, a voltage detection phase selecting and switching part VSW which obtains a two-phase output of the output of the transformer PT is provided, a single-phase power converter SCV which is supplied with the output of the switching part VSW and the two-phase output of the switching part ISW is provided, and the outputs of the converters SCV and PCV are supplied to a measuring instrument PWM through a switching circuit SW.
