Abstract
The invention relates to a system for conditioning and generating/storing power in electrical distribution networks in order to improve the dynamic stability and frequency control thereof. The invention comprises a DC/AC converter (1) which is used to connect a power source (14) to the electrical distribution network (13), e. g. a wind energy collection system, and a DC busbar which consists of a group of capacitors (12). A system for storing/generating power, such as batteries or a superconducting coil (11), is connected to said busbar. A power control system (3) is used to measure the currents and voltages of the electrical network, said currents being measured by means of Hall effect measuring sensors (4) and the voltages by means of measuring transformers (5). In this way, the triggers for the power switches are generated and, as a result, the instantaneous active power supplied is the reference power, the set value of which is obtained in the block (7).
