Abstract
PURPOSE:To determine 1L-2R soluble in human bodily fluid with high sensitivity by using a biotinated monoclonal antibody having specificity to a human interleukin-2 receptor (1L-2R) as a secondary antibody. CONSTITUTION:The monoclonal antibody having specificity to the human 1L-2R is biotinated to the biotinated monoclonal antibody. The anti-human 1L-2R antibody, more preferably monoclonal antibody is coated on a base and after the base is cleaned, a sample is added thereto and is incubated to conjugate the human 1L-R in the sample with the antibody. After this base is cleaned, the biotinated monoclonal antibody is added thereto and is incubated to conjugate said antibody with the human 1L-2R in the sample. Avidinated or streptoavidinated enzyme is added thereto after cleaning and is incubated to conjugate enzyme. Furthermore, an enzyme substrate is added thereto after cleaning and the liberated material (color forming or luminescent material, more preferably fluorescent material is detected and determined.
