Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the affinity of respective thin film layers by incorporating 1-10wt.% material forming the other layers into either of the high-refractive index thin film layers or the low-refractive index thin film layers. CONSTITUTION:This substrate is formed of a transparent substrate and the multi-layered optical films formed of the high-refractive index thin film layers and low-refractive index thin film layers alternately laminated on the transparent substrate. The material forming the other of the high-refractive index thin film layers and the low-refractive index thin film layers is incorporated at 1-10wt.% into the material forming either of the high-refractive index thin film layers and the low-refractive index thin film layers. The sticking or adhesion of the different thin films to each other is thereby improved, by which the inter-layer exfoliation is prevented and the multi-layered films having the excellent mechanical strength is extremely easily formed.
