Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the starting performance on restart from being deteriorated, by connecting a pressure release passage to a fuel feeding passage leading from a fuel tank to an injector and interposing a pressure releasing valve in the pressure releasing passage. CONSTITUTION:A fuel pump 6 and a pressure regulator 7 are interposed in a fuel feeding passage 5 leading to an injector 4 for jetting fuel into the intake passage 3 of an engine 2 from a fuel tank 1. A pressure releasing passage 9 is connected to a fuel feeding passage 5. A pressure release valve 11 which is opened when the internal pressure in the fuel feeding passage 5 becomes lower than the set pressure of the pressure regulator 7 on the engine stop is interposed into the pressure release passage 9. Therefore, the leak of a large quantity of fuel into the intake passage from the injector is prevented, and the deterioration of the starting performance on restart can be prevented.
