Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the extraction ratio by pouring extract to the lower stream in the conveying direction of a slurry consisting of ores and the extract an filtering the extract on the upper stream side, thereby counterflowing the solid and liquid in the apparatus contg. plural extraction cells. CONSTITUTION:The ores contg. metallic components and the extract are mixed to prepare the slurry. Said new slurry is charged to a primary staged extraction cell 12 on the uppermost stream from an inlet 5, and the slurry is discharged via an outlet 8 from a fourth-staged extraction cell 15 on the lowest stream to separate the extract therefrom. The separated extract is poured into the above-mentioned extraction cell 12 from an inlet 6 of the recirculating extract. New extract is furthermore poured via an inlet 7 into a third-staged extraction cell 14 on the lower stream in the slurry conveying direction. The slurry is directly filtered as well via a filter 10 and the extract is extracted via an outlet 9 of the extract in a secondary-staged extraction cell 13 on the upper stream side of said extraction cell 14.
