Abstract
PURPOSE:To raise gas pressure at center part of a furnace without increasing gas supplying quantity by arranging a gas circulating means for sucking atmospheric gas near inlet and outlet of a furnace and for sending the gas to the inner part side in the furnace. CONSTITUTION:In a heat treatment furnace 1, the adjusting gas is always sent with a blower 2 for supplying atmospheric gas at the fixed quantity and filled up in the furnace and the equal quantity as the sent gas quantity is exhausted from the inlet 3 and the outlet 4 of the furnace. In the furnace 1, the blowers 6, 7 for circulating at inlet and outlet sides are arranged as the gas circulating means. At the time of driving the blower 6, passing quantity of the gas at the position from the inner part 5 of the furnace to the inlet 3 of the furnace through partition 8 of the inlet side is increased and the gas pressure at the inner part 5 of the furnace is higher than that at the inlet 3 side of the furnace by fluid resistance at the partition 8 part, etc. At the outlet 4 side of the furnace, as the same way, the blower 7 is driven so as to develop the pressure difference at front and rear of the partition 9, and the pressure losses at inlet and outlet sides are the same, the circulating quantity can be obtd. at few times of the supplying quantity with the blower 2 without mixing any air into the circulating gas, and the gas pressure in the furnace is raised so much.
