びクラツチを介して油圧ポンプを連結し、該油圧
ポンプの出口側を逆止弁を介して前記アキユムレ
ータに接続するとともに、エンジン回転検出手段
および負荷検出手段からの信号に基づき前記排気
タービンのバイパス弁、燃料噴射ポンプのガバナ
および前記切換弁の作動を制御する制御ユニツト
