Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent mismatching of both controls by executing the speed change control and the engine control being based on the output of a sensor with a higher rate of output change in a light load operation region, in the case of an engine which provides two throttle sensors with a different rate of output change for the opening of a throttle valve. CONSTITUTION:In order to detect the opening of a throttle valve in an intake path 5, the first throttle sensor 7, setting higher a rate of output change for the throttle valve opening, and the second throttle sensor 8, setting lower the rate of output change for the throttle valve opening, are provided. Output signals of these sensors 7, 8 are input to an engine control unit 3 and an EAT control unit 4, and the engine control unit 3 executes a control being based on an output of the first sensor 7 in a light load operation region. While the EAT control unit 4 executes a control being similarly based on the output of the first sensor 7 in the light load operation region and being based on an output of the second sensor 8 in an operation region except the light load operation region.
