Abstract
PURPOSE: To surely adhere an adhesive tape to a desired position of the uppermost wrapping paper every time when the uppermost leaf of wrapping paper is removed from a stack of the wrapping paper by comprising a presser for pressing the first half zone of an adhesive tape piece to the uppermost leaf of the wrapping paper of the stack by the advancing movement thereof.
