Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ内に1本のスクリユが配設されたスク
    リユ式押出成形機において、該スクリユの圧縮・
    溶融部の前方部分にまたがつてローリング混練部
    が設けられると共に、該ローリング混練部の出口
    にはバルブ機構部が設けられ、前記ローリング混
    練部における螺旋状フライトを有するスクリユの
    谷径は押出側に行くにつれて徐々に径大に拡大形
    成されると共に、これと連なる前記バルブ機構部
    のスクリユの谷径は、前記フライトを含めたスク
    リユの外径と同一径の径大に形成されて、該径大
    部より押出側はその傾斜角度を拡大側よりも大き
    く、かつその長さを拡大側よりも短くして円錐状
    に縮小形成され、しかも径大部から円錐状部にか
    けてはフライトを除いて形成され、また、前記ロ
    ーリング混練部の全体に亘るシリンダの内周軸方
    向には、円弧状凸部を介して前記スクリユフライ
    トの数よりも多い複数の一定深さの円弧状凹溝が
    形成されると共に、これと連なる前記バルブ機構
    部のシリンダの内周には、前記スクリユの円錐状
    部に対応させてシリンダの内径まで縮小の円錐状
    部が形成され、該シリンダ円錐状部とスクリユ円
    錐状部との間の流路の勾配と間隙がスクリユとシ
    リンダとの軸方向への相対的な平行移動によつて
    調整可能となつている構成を特徴とするスクリユ
    式押出成形機。
