The test piece 5 is used solely to check the hermetic function of the hermetic container 2. A power supply, resistance meter, etc., are connected to a connector 7 and the electric resistance value of the test piece 5 is continuously periodically measured. Generation of corrosion is detected by a change in the electric resistance value. Generation of leakage is prevented if a remedy against the leakage is made when the corrosion of the test piece is detected.
