Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent wrinkles from being generated on the deposited surface by thermally sticking the cover of a boat-shaped synthetic resin body and a film bag serving as a battery jar in multiple stages. CONSTITUTION:Side faces of the cover of a boat-shaped synthetic resin-molded cap 1 holding two electrode poles and a safety valve mechanism or the like and a film bag 2 serving as a battery jar are thermally stuck by hot plates 6. The bow 3 and stern 4 of the cap 1 are then thermally stuck by hot plates 7. Wrinkles are prevented from being generated on the deposited surface according to the adhesion in multiple stages, e.g., two stages, thus the air leakage in a battery at the adhesion face can be eliminated.
