The arc surface R formed on the recording medium-sliding surface S side is a reference plane in the case of setting the height of the projecting line surface T and, therefore, the projecting line surface T is formed accurately in the exact position on the arc surface R at the exact height by selecting the resin, a method for sticking and curing the resin and sticking thickness as desired.
