Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent sticking in a sliding part of a fuel valve nozzle by making the surface of the guide part of a needle valve which is guided in the guide hole of the valve body as sliding freely into a satin finished surface in a certain range of surface roughness.
CONSTITUTION: A guide hole 4 which guides a part 3 of a needle valve 2 is formed in a valve body 1. And an oil reservoir 5 is continuously formed in the guide hole and a tapered suck hole 6 is connected to the oil reservoir 5. And several nozzles 7 which connect the suck hole 6 to the outside are formed in the valve body 1 and a longitudinal hole 8 which supplies fuel from a pump to the oil reservoir 5 is also formed in the valve body 1. On the other hand a seat part 9 which contacts tight with the suck hole 6 is formed at the top end of the guide part 3. In this constitution the surface of the guide part 3 is worked into a satin finished surface of which the surface roughness Rmax is in the range between 0.4SW0.6S.
