(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, as shown in FIG.
A large diameter hole 13 into which a flange formed at the base of the retainer can be inserted is inserted into the distal end surface of each bulge 12 disposed on the peripheral side of the retainer 1, and a retainer guide path 16 is inserted into the large diameter hole 13. A gourd-shaped retainer fitting hole 13 consisting of a continuous small-diameter hole 13 is provided, and the flange of the retainer base is inserted into the large-diameter hole 13 and moved to the small-diameter hole 13 through the retainer guide path 16. The retainer mounting position is fixed so that the narrow neck part is firmly held in the small diameter hole part 13. If there is a slight error in each location, installation will not be possible. Furthermore, the automobile interior panel described in the second publication mentioned above is
As shown in the figure, each bulge 22 is provided with a side opening 26 opened in the same direction, and the bulge 22 is provided with a side opening 26 opened in the same direction.
A retainer fitting hole 23 slightly larger than the narrow neck diameter of the retainer and a retainer narrow neck intervention passage 27 that connects each retainer fitting hole 23 to a side opening 26 are provided on the distal end surface of the retainer so that they all face the same direction. By allowing the retainer fitted through the passage 27 to move slightly within the circular retainer fitting hole 23, even if there is a slight error in the placement of the retainer and the retainer receiving hole, this can be easily avoided. Since the retainer fitting hole 23 is circular, the movement trajectory of the retainer becomes an elongated droplet shape as shown by the dashed line in FIG. 5 due to the passage 27. The movement capacity of the retainer is long in the vertical direction but short in the horizontal direction, and the opening direction of the passage 27 connecting the retainer fitting hole 23 and the side opening 26 is all the same, so the inner panel is mainly made of an interior plate. If the main body of the interior plate is tilted during installation, a part of the retainer will not align with the retainer fitting hole, resulting in poor work efficiency and increased wobbling after installation. Also, all passages 27 should be opened in the same direction. However, there remains the problem that various inconveniences occur, such as the inability to efficiently attach the retainer due to the shape of the main interior panel.

is provided. In addition, this retainer fitting hole 3
The part continuing to the passage 7 is formed into small arc parts 3a, 3a, and the part connecting both small arc parts 3a, 3a is formed into a semicircular arc part 3b having a slightly larger radius of curvature than the small arc part 3a. The movement locus A of the thin neck portion 5 of the retainer 4 fitted into the retainer fitting hole 3 is made to be in the shape of a water drop, with the amount of movement in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction being approximately equal, as shown by the dashed line in FIG. In addition, even if the extending direction of the center line of one of the passages 7 intersects the extending direction of the center line of the other passage and a bulging portion is formed on the interior panel main body 1, the bulging portion All the passages 7 are opened in such a way that the retainer can be easily installed using an assembly machine without any hindrance, and even if the main body 1 of the interior panel is slightly tilted during installation work to the panel. It is possible to maintain the correspondence between all the retainers 4 and the retainer holes of the inner panel. Further, the retainer 4 is no different from the known one, and a retainer main body 4a made of a synthetic resin material has a narrow neck portion 5 having an outer diameter larger than the width of the passage 7 at the base thereof, and a flange for preventing the retainer from coming off. 4b, the retainer 4 has a narrow neck 5 and passes through a passage 7 from the side opening 6 side to the retainer fitting hole 3.

(Function) This structure includes a plurality of bulges arranged at a required interval on the periphery of the main body 1 of the interior panel so as to correspond to the retainer holes of the inner panel (not shown). Since the retainers 4 are attached to the distal end surfaces of the inner panels 2 and 2, the retainers 4 are fitted into the inner panel by pressing the retainers 4 so that they are positioned in the respective retainer receiving holes of the inner panel. The exit portion 2 is provided with a side opening 6, and a retainer fitting hole 3 and a passage 7 for intervening in the narrow neck of the retainer that connects the retainer fitting hole 3 to the side opening 6 are provided on the distal end surface. Therefore, when attaching the retainer 4 to the retainer fitting hole 3, place the narrow neck portion 5 against the opening of the passage 7 and push it toward the retainer fitting hole 3.
The retainer 4 is pushed and expanded by the characteristics of the material of the bulging portion 2, and the retainer 4 can be loosely fitted into the retainer fitting hole 3 with the narrow neck portion formed at its base. , even if the extending direction of the center line of one of the passages 7 intersects the extending direction of the center line of the other passage and a bulging portion is formed on the interior panel main body 1, the bulging portion may cause an obstruction. Since the retainer is oriented so that it can be easily installed by an assembly machine without being damaged, the retainer 4 can be installed easily. Since it is movable, the retainer 4 can be easily attached even if there is a slight difference in the arrangement position of the retainer receiving hole. Furthermore, in the present invention, in particular, the passage 7
The directions in which the retainer fitting holes 3 are opened are not the same, and the extension directions of the center lines of the passages 7 partially intersect with each other, and the retainer fitting hole 3 is not perfectly circular, and the small arc parts 3a, 3a that continue into the passage 7 and both small arcs Since the semi-circular arc portion 3b has a slightly larger radius of curvature than the small arc portion 3a connecting the portions 3a, 3a, the interior plate main body 1 is not fitted in all the retainers 4 at the same time into the retainer holes. Even when tilting and fitting the upper left side into the retainer receiving hole first and then sequentially fitting other retainers into the remaining retainer receiving holes, conventionally, if the interior plate main body 1 is tilted and the upper left side is fitted, the lower right side will fit. The movement range of the retainer 4 increases, making it impossible to fit it in. However, according to the present invention, the correspondence between the retainer 4 and the retainer holes is maintained, and all the retainer holes can be moved without moving the interior plate main body 1. It can be inserted into.

In addition, to explain the above-mentioned effects in more detail, the passages 7 of the retainer fitting holes 3 provided in the plurality of bulges 2 provided in the interior plate main body 1.
Since the opening direction of the retainer 4 is not fixed due to the relationship with the inner panel of the automobile, by making the retainer fitting hole 23 perfectly circular as in the conventional case, the margin in which the retainer 4 can move is different in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. When there are four retainer fitting holes 23 as shown in FIG. If one of them is in the diagonal direction and the one on the right side of the bottom is in the vertical direction, the amount of movement of the retainer with respect to the retainer fitting hole 23 will be large in the left and right direction at the top, large in the diagonal direction at the left side of the bottom, and large in the right side of the bottom. It becomes larger in the vertical direction. For this reason, the interior plate main body 1 is tilted downward to the right, and the retainer on the lower left side is inserted into the retainer fitting hole 2.
When the retainer holes on the inner panel are fitted with the retainers moved diagonally downward in step 3, the upper left and upper right retainers can match the retainer holes on the inner panel, but the movement range of the lower right retainer is limited to the inner panel. Since it will be displaced from the retainer receiving hole of the panel and the interior plate main body 1 cannot be attached in that state, the interior plate main body must be moved so that the retainer and the retainer receiving hole are aligned.
However, in the case of the present invention, the retainer fitting hole 3
On the other hand, the amount of movement of the retainer 4 is approximately the same in the vertical and horizontal directions, so the amount of movement of the four retainers 4 is approximately the same. Therefore, the interior panel main body 1 is tilted downward to the right, and the retainer 4 on the lower left side is retainer fitting hole 3
Even if it is fitted into the retainer hole of the inner panel while moving diagonally downward, the retainer hole of the inner panel of the automobile will be located within the movement range of other retainers 4, and the interior panel main body 1 will remain as it is. This means that it can be easily installed in this condition. Furthermore, the movement locus A of the center of the thin neck portion 5 loosely fitted into the retainer fitting hole 3 takes the shape of a water drop, with the vertical and horizontal movement amounts being approximately equal, as shown by the dashed line in FIG. As a result, the margin for movement of the retainer 4 is approximately constant in both the vertical and horizontal directions despite the presence of the passage 7, and only in one direction as in the case where the retainer fitting hole is made circular. It has the great advantage of being able to accurately prevent problems during installation work and the occurrence of wobbling that would occur if the amount of movement is too large because there is no large margin in the movement.

(Effect of the invention) As is clear from the above description, the invention of the present application is designed so that the main body of the interior panel is slightly removed from the inner panel so that the retainer can be easily installed in the retainer fitting hole and the inner panel can be installed in an easy posture. To facilitate the installation work because all the retainers can be accurately and easily fitted into the retainer holes of the inner panel even when the installation work is performed in a tilted state, and also to prevent rattling after installation. It has various advantages such as being able to provide a wide range of interior surfaces, and has extremely great practical value as a solution to the problems of conventional interior panels for automobiles of this type.
