DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a door structure for an automobile, and more particularly to a door structure suitable for a case where a door inner panel is shared between vehicle bodies of different types and models.

Recently, from the standpoint of increasing automobile production efficiency and reducing manufacturing costs, it has become common practice to use the same door inner panel for car bodies of different car models and types, and to create doors that suit the purpose by simply changing glass with different curvatures, door sashes, etc. It is being considered to manufacture That is, FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the relationship between the movement locus of the door panel 1 and the glass 2 in the case of sharing the door panel 1 and the glass 2. For example, the two-dot chain line represents the movement locus α of the glass 2 in the case of a three-door car. The dashed-dotted lines each represent the same motion trajectory β in the case of a two-door car.

By the way, when the inner panel 1a of the door 1 is shared by two types of glass having different curvatures,
Since the movement trajectories of the waist portions of both glass doors are almost the same, it is sufficient to use the same wind regulator and door sashes with different curvatures. In order to ensure stability, a glass guide 3 is often arranged inside the door inner panel 1a to guide and support the lower end side of the glass (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-20947). However, the movement locus of the glass 2 at the position where the glass guide 3 is installed is quite different from the distance shown in the figure.
In the conventional example described above, the glass guide shown by the solid line for a two-door car and the glass guide shown by the imaginary line for a three-door car are designed separately, and the glass guide 3 must be used depending on the purpose. However, manufacturing separate glass guides for different vehicle models has the drawbacks of increasing the manufacturing cost of the door and complicating the management and supply of parts.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the high manufacturing costs and complexity of parts supply caused by manufacturing different types of glass guides as described above. We propose that the same glass guide can be used for multiple specifications of glass by forming a seat and adopting a structure in which the glass guide can be fixed to any mounting seat depending on the movement trajectory of the glass. It is something.

In FIGS. 2 and 3, at the lower rear portion of the door inner panel 1a of the automobile door according to the present invention, a mounting portion, that is, a recess 4, for a glass guide 3A that guides the rear lower end of the glass 2 is formed. be. That is, a pair of first seat surfaces 5A, 5B on which the pair of attachment parts 3a, 3b of the glass guide 3A can be seated are formed on the bottom surface of the recess 4 recessed from the general surface of the door inner panel 1a toward the inside of the door. Attachment holes 7, 7 through which tap screws 6, 6 can be inserted are bored in the center of these seating surfaces 5A, 5B. A pair of embossments 8 in the shape of a truncated cone are provided on the bottom surface of the recess 4 vertically adjacent to the first seat surfaces 5A and 5B.
A, 8B are molded, and these embossments 8A, 8
A pair of second seat surfaces 9A, deviated inward in the thickness direction of the door from the first seat surfaces 5A, 5B by the top surface of B;
9B is formed, and mounting holes 10, 10 similar to the mounting holes 7, 7 are bored in the center of these second seating surfaces 9A, 9B. Of course, the distance L between the first seat surfaces 5A, 5B and the second seat surfaces 9A, 9B is determined by the amount of deviation l of the motion trajectory of the glass 2 at the position of the glass guide 3A.
(shown in the second diagram). In addition, between the attachment parts 3a and 3b of the glass guide 3A, the second seating surface 9A,
The mounting portions 3a, 3b are notched so as not to interfere with the first seating surfaces 5A, 5B.
It is formed in a size that does not interfere with the second seat surfaces 9A and 9B when it is attached to the seat.

Since the above embodiment has the above structure,
To assemble a 3-door dedicated door, use the first seat surface 5A,
Attach the mounting parts 3a and 3b of the glass guide 3A to 5B.
When assembling a door for a car, use the second seat surface 9.
Attachment parts 3a and 3b of the glass guide 3A to A and 9B
position, and tighten the glass guide 3 with tap screws 6, 6.
A may be fixed to the door inner panel 1a. In order to prevent confusion in the assembly position of the glass guide 3A in this case, the first seat surfaces 5A and 5B should be marked for 3-door cars, and the second seats 9A and 9B should be marked for 2-door cars. By displaying certain information, you can complete your work without making any mistakes. In addition, glass guide 3
When assembling A, the unused mounting holes 7, 7 or 10, 10 will be left open, but the indoor surface of the door inner panel 1a will be covered later with a sealing screen 11 (Fig. 4). This prevents rainwater from entering the room from inside the door panel.
